1981 born in Tokyo, Japan
In my childhood I was painting every day beside my grandfather.
When I was 6 years old I started to practice Japanese Calligraphy.
With the aim of drawing a dragon, I kept on practicing it. From the university days on I started to learn Japanese Ink Painting "Suibokuga".
1st purpose of my life as an international artist is to improve & develop the practice of Suibokuga. 2nd is to let people feel Suibokuga as a familiar art form, and make a situation that everybody would feel free to try it.
Then I would like to make this art form more universal and politics free.

Volunteer
2012/2 - 2013/8
I constantly volunteered in Suibokuga workshops in the North of Japan, Minamisanriku-cho.The place where many victims of the 2011 earthquake, lived in temporarily built houses. The workshop had been going on for a long period and it had a great possibility to exchange experiences. Although under difficult conditions, the group shared happiness and values in the seasonal painting workshop.
